What is SISPON?
SISPON is a subscription administration system for schools, madrasas, and pesantren. Its modules cover the administration office, curriculum, student affairs, boarding life, and finance: student records and admissions, attendance, school and boarding report cards, achievements and violations, billing, and payroll. Parents and students have their own access. SISPON is not a university accreditation app.
Can SISPON grade both school and boarding life?
Yes. Report-card grading in SISPON covers both school and boarding grades. Teachers enter subject grades, then homeroom teachers complete attendance, extracurricular grades, and grade promotion.
Can report cards be printed straight from SISPON?
Yes. Homeroom teachers print the grade ledger and report cards from SISPON, complete with the principal’s and homeroom teacher’s signatures set up by the admin.
Do parents and students get their own access?
Yes. Parent notifications are sent on WhatsApp, so every parent can receive them without installing a new app. Parents also have a portal to follow their child’s progress, and students sign in with their own account to see their grades and achievements.
What kind of institution is SISPON for?
For schools, madrasas, and pesantren, including boarding schools that manage boys and girls separately. Several levels, such as junior and senior high, can be managed in one system.
Is last term’s data lost when we switch semesters?
No. You switch semesters from the menu at the top of the app. Grades, attendance, and notes from earlier semesters stay on file and can be opened again.
Can SISPON be used for accreditation?
SISPON is a school administration system, not an accreditation app. For university accreditation, Sikoola has a separate ecosystem: LMS, CPL, SILASA, TUNTAS, SPMI, and Finance.
