Accredited Excellent
For Excellent, one good year is not enough. Assessors want standards that go beyond the national higher education standards (SN Dikti), audit findings that are truly closed, and results that rise year after year. That history is already stored in Sikoola.

International accreditation
Agencies such as ASIIN and IABEE usually ask for reports in English and measurable graduate outcomes. Bilingual course portfolios from Sikoola CPL are where that starts.

Assignments sent through chat groups and email disappear when the semester changes. In Sikoola LMS, materials, quizzes, assignments, and discussions are recorded all semester as evidence of learning, and the grades are counted straight into Sikoola CPL. What is Sikoola?
Sikoola is an ecosystem of six apps for quality assurance in higher education: LMS, CPL, SILASA, TUNTAS, SPMI, and Finance. They are connected, so data from teaching, student activities, theses, quality audits, and budgets all feed the same accreditation evidence. Sikoola Indonesia was founded in Makassar in 2021 and is now used by 10 universities and colleges.
Is campus data stored on Sikoola’s servers?
No. Sikoola is installed on the campus’s own server or cloud, and the backups are kept by the campus too. Our team still handles updates and technical support.
How much does Sikoola cost?

What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase?
With a subscription, the upfront cost is lower, and updates and technical support continue throughout the subscription. With a one-time purchase, the campus pays once and receives a license to use the apps with no time limit. Under both schemes, the server and data belong entirely to the campus.
Does a one-time purchase include the source code?
No. A one-time purchase is a license to use the apps, not a purchase of the code. The source code and copyright remain with Sikoola, so the apps may not be modified, copied, or resold. What belongs entirely to the campus is the server and all of its data.
Does a campus have to use all six apps at once?
No. A campus can start with one app. The order we usually recommend is SPMI, then CPL, LMS, SILASA, and TUNTAS. Finance can be added at any point.
Can Sikoola connect to our campus SIAKAD?
Yes. The Sikoola team builds a custom API for the SIAKAD your campus already uses, so academic data never has to be entered twice.
Which accreditations does Sikoola support?
National accreditation, from First Accreditation and Accredited up to Accredited Excellent, under Ministerial Regulation No. 39 of 2025 as amended by Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2026, as well as international accreditation. International accreditation does not replace national accreditation, so both are prepared from the same evidence. For international accreditation, course portfolios are available in English and evidence is organized around the framework the programme chooses, such as ASIIN or IABEE.
Can we try the apps before buying?
Every Sikoola app is tailored to your campus’s quality standards, curriculum, and existing systems, so we don’t hand out one generic trial account. The previews on this page show how the apps work. Once you tell us what your institution needs, we send an official quotation letter covering the implementation scope, timeline, and payment model.
What does Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2026 mean for campuses?
Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2026 amends Regulation No. 39 of 2025 and has been in force since 16 July 2026. Programme accreditation lasts five years and institutional accreditation eight, renewals rely on PDDikti data, and a programme that falls short gets only one chance to reapply within six months. In practice, the quality cycle has to run and be documented all year, not assembled just before the site visit. That is exactly the evidence Sikoola’s apps record every day.

What is Sikoola TUNTAS?
Sikoola TUNTAS measures student thesis progress at every stage, from the title proposal, supervision, proposal seminar, and results seminar through to the final defence. Courses without classroom sessions, such as community service and internships, are assessed here too. Grades count straight into Sikoola CPL, and the on-time completion recap goes into the self-evaluation report through Sikoola SPMI.

Teachers record it once. Parents and students know right away.
School, home, and students have long kept separate records. SISPON brings them together. Homeroom teachers fill in attendance, grades, and notes. Parents get the news straight away on WhatsApp and can open the portal at any time. Students sign in with their own accounts.
